LAW AND ORDER: SVU: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT |
Year of release 1999 |
This is another suspenseful crime series under the NBC Law and Order banner but has become an identity in its own right as it follows a fictitious Special Victims Unit of the NYPD which specialise in investigating 'sexually-motivated' crimes. This programme has performed well with its amazing, realistic and well-written storylines and scripts that allow us to get to know the detectives on a more personal basis. Some say that this focus on detectives of obsessive, but I feel it brings some strong character to the series. By Michael Sergel. |
