In 1933, eight years after a battle with the 3000-year-old Imhotep, Rick and Evelyn O'Connell (now married) must face a new adventure upon the dry deserts of Egypt. They must face an army more powerful than Imhotep - an army that has been preparing since the times of ancient Egypt.

Since the last adventure, Rick and Evelyn have not only got married, but also had a child named Alex. He somehow gets involved in the adventure as well. An adventure that desides the fate of their family, the city of London, and, infact, the entire world. The only way to stop it is to venture deep into the tombs of the ancient and discover.
